Sustain power of headlamps, Nitcore, Silva, Ledlenser..

- just curious, kind of real life knife resembles this the most? can’t find anything with a similar blade

The nitcore nu25 and nu27 look great at first but than if you see graphs on 1lumen the power drops only after couple of minutes to roughly 150 lumens. For running/walking this seems terible as it have to sustain power for at least 1 hour.
How are the other brands like Silva, Petzl or Ledlenser regarding sustained power? I cant find any info on sustained power on these brands only lumens which are for headlamp usles info if they drop imidietly.
How lightweight and in which budget do you need a headlamp to be?
