I’d say no. It looks cool, I give you that, but for me my edc knife needs to have a sharp tip to maybe poke small holes or to do some precision work.
This one doesn’t have that and has a 90° tip, which probably doesn’t work that well for such needs.
It looks like it’s only really good for cutting.

Its a good EDC if it makes you happier to be carrying it.
It wouldn’t make me happier but if you dig it, and you’d smile every time you opened a recalcitrant bag of peanuts with it, then it’s good.
