The middle one has Japanese San Mai blade with Hitachi SS cutting edge
The handle is Olive wood and Ebony
OAL 11.5″

And the biggest one is stainless damascus laminate with centre 10Cr15MoV
The handle is made of Olive wood and Ebony
OAL 15″
