At work we use this knife for boat stuff and I’m curious as to what it is as I’d like to pick one up for my edc.

    If you work on a boat, I would highly recommend a spyderco H1 (fully serated tasmanian) but any of the salt line would be perfect for your job

    Cheap one….. lol Jk. Sorry, I had to . So many people hate on Gerber. I don’t like them anymore. They do use crap steel mostly now. But I think the Ez-out was pretty decent. It will be just fine .

    You can also find some great Cold Steel knives on sale around that price.

    If you like that knife, Gerber has several other knives around that price that are also made in the USA. I usually explore a knife on BladeHQ before seeing if I can find it cheaper one on another site like Amazon.
