It’s a 2nd pattern reproduction, but as authentic as they get. MOD markings, made in Sheffield. It wasn’t until I pulled it out of it’s sheath that I realized how perfectly it was was designed for a single purpose. When it is in your hand it’s like there is nothing to it. It becomes a part of your arm, like a sixth finger.
Isn’t practical at all, but I think its a fine addition to my quiver. More than likely it may be a gateway into a small collection.

I want one of these so badly. No clue what I would do with it. I’m not much for display pieces. Unpractical as you said, but they are just so perfect. If they were less expensive, I’d have 20.
Nice, I got one of these sheffield repros too! I was quite pleased with the quality, most historical reproductions arent made nearly as well. Really feels purpose built for nazi poking.
